How to talk to your ideal customers, so they listen?

First off - stop talking about yourself.

If you want your ideal customers to STOP AND LISTEN to you, you need to STOP TALKING ABOUT YOURSELF and your products…

❌ STOP telling people clinical, rational facts about who you are and what you do.*

“I can take your photo”
“I can do your marketing”
“I can walk your dog”
“I have 8 years experience”
“I can write your Will”
“I can sell your house”
“I know what it takes”
“I have been on this brilliant course”

❗️THIS IS NOT HOW YOU GET THEIR ATTENTION❗️

If you want thumb-stopping social posts, newsletters, and website pages you need to start thinking about the emotional benefits and needs your ideal customers crave.

✅ What are they missing in their home or work life?

✅ What are they trying to achieve?

✅ What would make their life easier?

✅ What are their fears?

✅ What makes them tick?

✅ What is causing them stress?

✅ What makes them happy?

✅ What do they want/crave?

If your ideal customers aren’t liking, clicking, commenting or sending you regular enquiries, drop me a message and let’s work on it together.

*There is a time and a place to tell them all about your credentials and the features of your products. But it’s not whilst you are trying to capture their attention in a sea of constant distractions.
